Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is included on orders over $150 within Canada.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No, we currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship once your e-Transfer has been verified. Payments verified before 1:00 PM PST on business days ship the same day; payments verified after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes — you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents on the outside.
Storage & Handling
How should I store my peptides?
In powder (lyophilized) form, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; for long-term storage, keep frozen at -20°C. Once reconstituted with a solvent such as bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated (2-8°C) and use within the timeframe appropriate for your research protocol (typically 4-6 weeks).
What is the shelf life?
Properly stored in powder form and kept frozen, our peptides remain stable for up to 24 months.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer only. Send the order total to payment@glpco.ca and include your order number in the message. Orders ship once your transfer has been verified.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email first. If it hasn’t updated in more than 2 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
